1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a demo, creating an event, or making a payment through GateEntry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GateEntry provides QR-code based attendee check-in, multi-session tracking, real-time attendance reporting and ID card printing tools for organisers of exhibitions, conferences, festivals, concerts, sporting events and similar gatherings ("Events").

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate event, contact and billing details when using the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading event or purpose.

4. Payments and Pricing

• GateEntry charges on a per-event / one-time fee basis, as quoted to you at the time of booking or displayed on the platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. GateEntry does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Access to paid features (e.g. QR check-in for a specific event, ID card printing) is activated only after the corresponding payment is successfully received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without permission; (b) upload attendee data you are not authorised to collect or share; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Attendee Data

As an event organiser, you act as the data controller for the attendee information (such as name, phone, email, address and photographs) you collect and upload through GateEntry. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your attendees. GateEntry processes this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design and content on this platform are the property of Pratik Gorakh Mali / GateEntry and may not be copied, modified or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet, hosting or third-party payment gateway outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GateEntry and Pratik Gorakh Mali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific event or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Solapur, Maharashtra.
