- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, event details and any message you submit via our enquiry/contact form.
- Attendee information uploaded by organisers: name, gender, phone, email, address and photograph, submitted by event organisers for the purpose of generating QR passes and ID cards for their attendees.
- Payment information: when you make a payment, Razorpay collects and processes your payment details directly. GateEntry does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — we only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device information and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and working correctly.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage events, QR check-ins, attendee sessions and ID cards.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To process payments and issue payment confirmations/receipts.
- To send booking, event or transactional notifications via SMS, email or WhatsApp, where you have consented to this.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those applicable to payment processing.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the details below.
- You may opt out of promotional SMS/email/WhatsApp communications at any time; you will still receive essential transactional messages related to your event or payment.
7. Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for the site to function correctly. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by event organisers and adult attendees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent from a parent, guardian or event organiser.
